I think I’ve fallen for a friend of mine — someone I talk to almost every day. We chat for hours, laugh, and even have those random late-night calls that make everything feel so natural. Sometimes, I catch myself thinking maybe she feels the same way too. The way she checks up on me, the way she talks… it just feels special.

But every time I try to tell her how I truly feel, she somehow changes the topic or plays it off like it’s nothing serious. I don’t know if she’s scared, uninterested, or just doesn’t see me the same way. It’s confusing because she gives me mixed signals — one moment, she’s all sweet and caring, and the next, she’s distant and cold.

I don’t even know what to do anymore. Should I tell her how I feel once and for all, even if it risks our friendship? Or should I just keep quiet and act like I’m fine?

Because truth is… I really love this girl, and pretending I don’t is getting harder every day. 💔
