If you are not conscious of God and impact, when you minister, you will soon stop growing and settle for less.

I do ask myself some questions as a minister.
Questions like:

1)Are my actually growing the way God expects?

Oh yes ! because a man can actually grow in a wrong direction...... ( meditate)
you can grow not as God expected...
back to my questions.

2). What impact do my ministrations carry?
What spiritual imprint do my sounds create?

3) Are people changing?

4) is God Satisfied?
Are my aligned?

You see questions like these has a way of mounting pressure on you to press deeper....

We have many singers but few Sound priests......

We have many singers on the stage, but few men that can stand in the Presence.

Many Answers minstrel, but few functions in the reality of who a minstrel is.

So dear music minister choose one,
do you want common bread or uncommon bread?
do you want stage sound or Heavenly fitted garment ,Saturated with bell Sounds......?
