*HE WILL DO THE SAME FOR YOU*
But if you will indeed listen to and truly obey His voice and do everything that I say, then I will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries.

The almighty God is no respecter of persons. He does for all what He has done for one, once His Word is honoured. The One that gave Isreal several victories in the Bible is still the Lord of Hosts. God never loses a battle that has been handed over to Him. God will arise and help you when you trust Him with your life. He will prove Himself faithful.

Turn your battles over to the Lord by obeying His written Word. Do not be like those who ignore God’s Word but want Him to fight their battles. They do not know that God cannot and will not do anything apart from His Word. Give heed to Scripture. Read It. Obey It. Pray it. Preach It. Everything you have will leave you at last, but the Word of God that you know and obey will follow you into eternity.

Think about this: If in Heaven, your wealth will only be measured by the Scriptures you lived by, how wealthy will you be? Focus on honouring the Word of God. No matter how stubborn your struggles have been, He will handle them. About 40 Jews vowed not to eat or drink until they had killed Paul. But the Lord exposed their plans and made the chief captain send Paul away by night heavily guarded to governor Felix. All you need to do is to obey the Lord. He will take care of anything or anyone that attempts to harm you.

A long time ago, our verse for today glowed within a brother as he studied his Bible because the Lord wanted to bless him with a life-changing revelation. After the brother received the revelation, he stopped trying to defend himself. As soon as he began to focus on staying obedient to the Word of God, God started fighting for him. The almighty God became his defence no matter what people said or did to him. He will do the same for you, too.

God will fight your battles if you trust Him enough to live by His Word. Do not be afraid. Don't fight or quarrel with anyone. Nothing and no one can harm you when the Lord of Hosts is your defence. Your struggles will cease as you make pleasing the Lord your greatest goal. Nothing will be able to harm you in Christ, the Rock.

*PRAYER GUIDE*
1. Thank God for His faithfulness and mercy.
2. Ask for His mercy if you have been defending yourself in any way and ask Him for the grace to surrender all to Him.
3. Pray for His manifest presence among His people everywhere on earth today and ask Him to defend His holy name.
4. Pray for strength and protection for missionaries. Commit the affairs of widows and orphans into the hands of the Lord.
5. Pray about your needs. Ask the Lord to take over the affairs of your country. Pray for the peace of Isreal. Thank God for the answers to your prayers.

*YOU NEVER CAN TELL*
And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.
_Mark 16:15_

When the Lord tells you to do something, He knows what He wants to achieve, if only you will obey Him. It may not be exactly what you have in mind, but always be willing to do what He says. Mary, the mother of Jesus knew this secret. As a result, she told the servants at the marriage ceremony in Cana of Galilee to do whatever the Lord told them to do. The result of their obedience was mind- blowing.

A certain young man who was brought up in the church later backslid and began to live dangerously. He was standing at a bus stop one day when someone he had never met handed a tract to him. He read it and that was it. The content of that piece of literature touched his heart. He wept bitterly and made his way back to the Lord.

Who could have said that the Gospel tract given by a roadside would restore a man who had proven difficult to Jesus - our Saviour? This is why you should never belittle any method to reach unbelievers for the Lord. The truth is that the one that has not been reached through sermons and crusades, may just simply be reached with literature.

A tract is very powerful and can enter into the places you may never get to, this includes palaces and government villas. And the beauty of it is that it does not fear faces.

Beloved, if you can spring into action today to prayerfully share the Gospel with the lost through words or literature, you will see the conversion of souls in ways you have never thought possible. If the mandate in Mark 16:15 must be fully carried out, believers must be ready to engage all godly methods to reach out to men. Pleasant surprises await those who win souls into God's Kingdom. May the Lord bless every effort you make towards winning souls for Him.

*PRAYER GUIDE*
1. Celebrate the faithfulness of the Lord in your life.
2. Repent if you have not been telling people about Jesus in spite of the Lord's instructions.
3. Ask for the burden for genuine soul winning. Pray for the revival of successful soul winning among believers everywhere on earth.
4. Pray for the people you know who are unsaved. Mention their names in prayer.
5. Pray for the peace of your country. Tell the Lord about missionaries, widows, widowers, orphans and ministers. Give thanks for answers.
