Measuring Governance Performance: 2023 Fiscal Transparency and Integrity Index.

The report was compiled by the Center for Fiscal Transparency and Integrity Watch (CeFTIW) in partnership with the MacArthur Foundation.

The index assessed transparency and accountability in public fund management and the implementation of public policies across all 36 states, considering six key areas: Accessibility, Open Budget, Public Procurement, Human Resources, Anti-Corruption, and citizen engagement.

The remaining 31 States should visit top-performing States to pick some lessons and also engage the Center for Fiscal Transparency and Integrity Watch (CeFTIW) to have a a better understanding of the level of their performance.

BOCOG SLAMS AFENIFERE LEADERS.
The Buhari Osinbajo Continuity Group (BOCOG), view with much concern the endorsement accorded the PDP and it's flag bearer, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar in this presidential election.

The Afenifere Group has put itself in the position of a biased umpire, unmerited of its status.

The Afenifere Group, being an offshoot of Chief Obafemi Awolowo legacy should premised itself on accurate calculations and logical stance.

BOCOG is hereby calling on the South-West people to ignore the position of the Afeniferes, as it is scheduled to back the wrong horse as done in the 2015 presidential election where the group endorsed PDP's Dr Goodluck Jonathan.

BOCOG appeals to the young and the old to go out enmass to vote for President Muhammadu Buhari in the election on the premise that his grand economic policies and the fight against corruption in the past four years have paid off very well.

Another error identifiable with the position of the Afenifere Group is its yearn for integrity which is clearly lacking in the person of Alhaji Abubakar, but a common denominator in the character of president Muhammadu Buhari.

BOCOC is committed to the institution of good governance in Nigeria which president Buhari represents. That is the area the Afeniferes should concern itself with, mostly.

Nigerians should endeavour to vote massively for President Muhammadu Buhari, tomorrow, to allow him complete his fight against corruption, our greatest pull-back in the country.

ONDO STATE BOCOG FELICITATES WITH DR. IYANTAN ON HIS INAUGURATION AS COMMISSIONER AT THE NATIONAL POPULATION COMMISSION.

The entire members of Buhari/Osinbajo Continuity Group (BOCOG) in Ondo State hereby felicitate with the Director General of this group, Prince (Dr) Oladiran Garvey Iyantan on his inauguration as Commissioner in National Population Commission (NPC) by President Muhammadu Buhari.

The Ondo State cordinator of Buhari/Osinbajo Continuity Group Rt. Hon. Ayo Agbomuserin salutes the leadership quality of Dr Iyantan in piloting the affairs of BOCOG across the 36 States and the FCT.

“We are very confident that you will continue to be a good ambassador of your people and propel the re-election bid of President Muhammadu Buhari and Yemi Osinbajo in next year election through BOCOG modest contributions to the election fortunes of the duo the message concluded.

We also thank President Muhammadu Buhari for the appointment and Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu for facilitating the appointment.
