Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Manage staff scheduling, supervision, training, and performance evaluation
• Maintain high standards of food quality, sanitation, and safety compliance
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
• Track financial performance, including sales targets, budgets, and cost control
• Implement operational policies, service protocols, and improvement initiatives
• Foster a positive work culture and teamwork among staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems is an advantage
