In 2020, a client was experiencing issues with its website, resulting in a poor customer experience. To address this problem, we employed a design thinking approach.
Through a series of interviews, focus groups, and customer feedback surveys, we identified the key customer pain points and usability issues. Our team then developed a prototype of a website to test key features and design elements.
After gathering customer feedback on the prototype, we helped our client make the necessary changes to the website, resulting in a much improved customer experience.
