D Panthenol Liquid (Provitamin B5) is a clear, viscous, water-soluble humectant widely used in cosmetic formulations (typically at 0.5–5% concentration) to boost hydration, improve skin barrier function, and soothe irritation. It is highly effective in hair care for adding shine, moisture, and reducing damage.

Also available in powder form.

Include the powdered version in your heated water phase; the liquid version is heat sensitive so it should go in the cool down phase.

Both versions can be cold-processed in products that don’t require heat.
