Good morning, fam. You all should help me with the right answer. I'm blessed to be living in a room and parlor with just a kitchen in it but a public toilet, and I see opportunities for growth. No renovations have ever been done since I moved in, and the landlord is asking for 400 thousand for a year. What empowering response should I give this man or what action should I take?
