FAYAB UNVEILS TRANSFORMATIVE AGENDA FOR YEWA SOUTH/IPOKIA FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY

With a burning passion for progress and an unwavering commitment to the people, Hon. Fayomi Abraham Ajibola, fondly known as Fayab has unveiled his transformative agenda for the Yewa South/Ipokia Federal Constituency. A proud son of Madoga Village in Ifonyintedo Ward, Fayab draws strength from his humble roots where hard work, community spirit and service to others were not just values, but a way of life. Guided by these principles, he envisions a constituency where governance becomes a true instrument of empowerment, unity and sustainable development. His mission is clear which is to redefine representation through action, inclusion and innovation.

1. Empower the People:
Fayab plans to launch a Constituency Empowerment Program aimed at uplifting youths, women, artisans and entrepreneurs by providing access to skill acquisition, business grants and mentorship opportunities, fostering self-reliance and economic growth.

2. Promote Good Governance:
He is committed to promoting transparency, accountability and participatory governance and ensuring that every voice within Yewa South and Ipokia counts in shaping decisions that affect their collective future.

3. Champion Developmental Bills:
Fayab will actively sponsor and support bills that prioritize infrastructural expansion, border community welfare and regional economic integration, ensuring that Yewa South and Ipokia benefit from equitable national development.

4. Foster Unity and Inclusion:
His leadership vision seeks to build bridges across religious, ethnic and political lines, nurturing a united constituency bound by shared goals and mutual respect.

5. Support Yayi’s 2027 Vision:
Fayab aligns fully with Senator Adeola Olamilekan Solomon Yayi’s progressive blueprint for Ogun State, working to sustain synergy between federal and state representation for lasting growth and prosperity.

Fayab Consults Ipokia APC Executives, Declares For House of Representatives

- Vows Inclusive Representation

It was a moment of renewed political enthusiasm in Ipokia Local Government as Hon. Fayomi Abraham Ajibola, popularly known as Fayab officially declared his intention to contest for a seat in the House of Representatives. He pledged to provide a leadership style anchored on inclusiveness, transparency and grassroots development.

During his consultative visit to Ipokia, Hon. Fayomi met with Local Government and wards executives drawn from the twelve wards across Ipokia. The gathering included Ward Chairmen, Secretaries, Youth Leaders, Women Leaders, and other notable stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who came together to deliberate on the political future of the constituency.

Coordinating the meeting, the APC Local Government Chairman, Hon. Taiwo Whepetonji commended Fayomi for his consistent commitment to the growth and unity of Ipokia. He urged all ward executives and delegates to rally behind him ahead of the forthcoming party primaries, describing Fayomi as “a loyal, capable and visionary leader the people can trust.”

Also speaking, Elder Lai, the Zonal Secretary applauded Fayomi’s deep connection with the grassroots and called on members to give him the necessary support to ensure a resounding victory at the primaries.

In a show of solidarity, Seven Ward Chairmen openly declared their support for Fayomi’s ambition, citing his record of service, humility and readiness to deliver purposeful representation.

Responding, Hon. Fayomi Abraham Ajibola expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the Local Government Executives and delegates for their warm reception and encouragement. He reaffirmed his commitment to correct past inadequacies and uphold the true spirit of democracy by ensuring that every constituent enjoys the dividends of good governance.

“My aspiration is not just to win an election, but to serve with integrity and inclusiveness. I have known Senator YAYI for over a decade and we have enjoyed a smooth and progressive relationship from our days in Lagos. Now that we are in the same political vehicle, we will further strengthen this relationship to deliver more dividends of democracy from quality representation to infrastructural development, road rehabilitation and more. Together, we shall build a constituency where every voice matters,” Fayomi stated.

The meeting ended on a high note, with renewed optimism among party faithful signaling the beginning of a robust campaign for change and people-oriented representation in the House of Representatives.
