Important Documents needed for NYSC Camp Registration

1. Statement of Result or Degree Certificate (very important)
2. Medical Fitness (compulsory... DM to get a verified and authentic medical fitness certificate)
3. Medical Report (you need it incase you dont like the state you are posted to... you can use medical report to apply for relocation, DM for your medical report certificate)
4. Nerd clearance slip (very compulsory... (DM for your NERD CLEARANCE SLIP ENROLLMENT)
5. National Identification Number (NIN)
6. School Identity Card
7. NYSC Call-Up Letter (you will get it from your NYSC portal)
8. NYSC Green Card (you will get it from your NYSC portal)
9. Addendum (you will get it from your NYSC portal)
10. Passport Photographs (Carry between 6 to 10 copies with a white background)
