Forget all those motivational speakers shouting “Be consistent!” every two seconds… consistency no easy guyyy! But if you want to grow, you have to keep showing up.

Now, let’s clear one thing up: Consistency is NOT about posting every single day. It’s about finding a schedule that works for you and your audience and sticking to it. If it’s 3 times a week, fine. If it’s daily, great. Just don’t ghost your audience!

So here’s the deal set a schedule, make it realistic, and stay committed. No pressure, just progress.

NOW HERE IS MY PREP LIST (FOR EVERYONE, NO MATTER WHERE YOU’RE STARTING FROM):
✅ Content Plan – Decide how often you’ll post (daily, 3x a week, weekends only, etc.).
✅ Content Bank – Create and store extra videos/posts in advance for busy days.
✅ Engagement Time – Plan when to interact with your audience (reply to comments, share behind-the-scenes).
✅ Basic Tools – Your phone, a tripod (or books to balance your phone), good lighting (window light works!), and a simple editing app like CapCut or Canva.
✅ Patience & Vibes – Because consistency is a long game, not magic.

Remember, consistency is not about doing the most, it’s about doing what works and doing it well. Just show up and let’s keep pushing! 🚀
