Bootcamp is a group exercise program packed with fun & energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals fast. It is run outside under the open sky, in the fresh air with excellently trained instructors to guide you in your progress toward the fitter and leaner you. The "Lucky 7" AMRAP
Goal: Complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes. Keep it steady!
• 7 Burpees (The heart-rate starter)
• 14 Alternating Lunges (7 per leg)
• 21 Kettlebell Swings (or Dumbbell/Rucksack)
• 28 Mountain Climbers (Total)
Coach's Tip: "Don't sprint the first 2 minutes. Find a rhythm you can maintain for the full 20. Post your total rounds in the comments below! 👇"
