It’s the end of the year, and we see people sharing their achievements and resolutions.
For me, this year felt more like crossing paths with myself again. It was about bridging more meaningful connections. As much as we celebrate the big wins, I think it’s just as important to notice what we’ve been feeding our soul.
It doesn’t have to be grand travels. Sometimes it’s just that one conversation with a close friend that went on for hours. Or a book you picked up that taught you a thing or two about yourself.
In a world that feels so saturated all the time, we need more human moments and real experiences to stay grounded. So in a season where everyone is posting their highlights, don’t feel discouraged. Don’t compare. Be happy for them, cheer for them when it’s needed, and stay true to your own pace.
For many of us, this is an unwinding season. I just want to take this moment to wish everyone a blessed holiday, and I can’t wait to see what the next chapter holds for us!

About a month ago, asked me to host an event at and invite some friends over. I thought, what better way than a Tok Panjang style afternoon, celebrating Peranakan heritage in this beautiful space.
I wanted it to feel personal, intimate, and warm, so I got help plan and coordinate. He took care of the design, decor, and everything in between. The menu was put together with and , Emily also led the pie-tee station and shared her knowledge as a 7th-gen Nyonya. Truly grateful for all of you that made this event possible & memorable!
I had the joy of bringing everyone around the place, sharing stories, and just soaking in the atmosphere. Truly such a calm and fun afternoon, thank you to everyone who came!

There’s something really special about being part of a community-driven event like this.It’s a little different from my usual day-to-day, but hosting very first gathering at the charming felt right.
It’s not often I get to be involved in something that’s rooted in culture, so this felt extra meaningful.
