Client came with his favorite red leather sofa which instantly tells a lot about client’s direction.

As the original project layout is designed with direct access from the entrance, a simple minimalistic altar is designed to act as a foyer that invites people before transitioning to Dining and Living area. A large wall from entrance to Living area is painted with JOTUN’s Majestic Pearl Design sets the mood of the entire project with sense of luxurious and compliments the furniture and upholstery. To soften up and warm up the space, wood elements and warmer tone of lightings are used to balance the coldness of the space and elevate the sense of home.

Kitchen is one of the most important spaces to be concerned about before we engage in the renovation. It is not only about the placement of fixtures and routines but also needs to be designed ergonomically. A thoughtfully planned kitchen layout allows user to perform better and comfortably.

The first thing to consider is the available space and intended use of that space as all people cook and use kitchens differently. Every area should be designated to indicate prepping, cooking, baking, and organizing tools & appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, and sink.

The colorful staircase accompanies by a large double-volume window becomes the main character of the space to liven up space, keeping it youthful and energetic.

Dining while faces toward the view, allowing guests to spend their wonderful time having conversation in between living and dining spaces to enjoy their meals.

The living area is transformable to a guest double bedroom to carter more people in case of visiting. A simple open space bedroom that can cater to up to 3 people was located on the mezzanine floor with 2 super single bedframes combined. This also gives owners the flexibility to switch their beds from one big bed to two super single beds.

Here comes our 2019 recorded projects!

A young married couple with a newborn child who bought their first home and wish to have a simple and cozy living space to stay in.

This project is implemented with IKEA furniture due to its reliability, flexibility, and storage solutions due to the limited space we have, for example, using STUVA Bench as seating for the dining table. This project is designed in such a way to cater to possible changes in the future and of course cost-efficiency.
