𝟏) 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐖𝐚𝐱 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠):
⚙️3D print can intricate structures that are challenging for traditional CNC machining.
⚙️These printed components are then sent to investment casting foundries to be used in the production of final products.
⚙️Compared to conventional wax molds, additive manufacturing achieves higher precision, smoother surfaces, and faster production rates.
⚙️Tolerances are controlled within ±0.12mm, with an increase of only 0.05mm for every additional 25mm. Achieving such precision in traditional casting is relatively difficult.
⚙️We can fine-tune tolerances by modifying design drawings, making it suitable for high-precision castings.

𝟐) 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠:
🧱Leveraging industrial 3D printing technology, we rapidly produce prototypes required for sand molds.
🧱These prototypes showcase intricate details, contributing to improved casting quality.
🧱Although the surface finish of sand-cast parts may be slightly inferior to lost wax casting, the speed and detail representation make it a powerful process.
