这一次举办的 Mindful Little Ones Wellness Workshop，对我来说是一次很宝贵的学习经历 🥰

一开始，这个 workshop 是开放给 5–12 岁的小朋友参加的，但后来很多家长跟我说当天已经有安排、出门了，没办法出席。这也让我学到一个很重要的经验 💡 下次一定要更早推出活动，让家长和孩子都能好好准备 💞

当天来到现场的，都是 2 岁左右的小朋友 👧🏻👧🏻👧🏻
看到大家都是两岁宝宝，我也索性把自己的两岁 Feya 一起带来参加 workshop 😛

说不紧张是假的，场面一度有点混乱。小朋友坐不定，一下子做活动，一下子跑来跑去 😂 And that was totally normal 🥰 this is just how toddlers are 🫶🏻

让我感到最开心、也最感动的是，我们依然一起顺利把活动进行到最后，而且每一位小朋友都完成了属于自己的小作品 🎈 那一刻，我真的觉得一切都值得了。

衷心感谢每一位妈妈的信任与支持，愿意把孩子交到我手中 🫰🏻也特别感谢 Cherry Lau 的支持与陪伴，让这一次的 workshop 能在Tantalise Studio 这样温暖安心的空间里完成 🌈

我也会把这次的经验放在心里，继续调整、学习，希望未来的每一次活动，都能做得更好、也更有品质 ✨

My very first workshop has come to a beautiful end 🥰✨

Who doesn’t love sweet treats?
The children were happily building and munching at the same time, and it was such a joy to watch 😆

I absolutely loved seeing their creations! Each one full of creativity, imagination, and personality. Every piece was truly one of a kind 🌈🏠🍪✨

Thank you to the parents for your trust and support, and to all the little ones for filling the room with laughter and focus.
This meaningful experience reminded me why I love working with children so much. 👧🏻👦🏻
