On another note, I'm been slowly getting back to speed with training as my schedule is getting more consistent and classes and stuff seems to be getting more consistent too (with studios not closing!). My ribs are also better too so I can bend much better now, even though my right side is still stiff and feels ?spastic?. No idea, hopefully it improves with more strengthening and technique correction. I should totally get some coaching soon. 😃

Flying through my first week back teaching be like 🕊🕊🕊
Looking through my photos and realized I've never posted this awesome one! It's been 3 months since anyone has trained and suffice to say, everyone is dying from the exercises I give them. 🙃 Nonetheless, I hope everyone is happy to be back to their playground and ready to explore, achieve and have tons of fun again!
