2.1 - For ready stock item, please wait for one or two working days for the shipment to arrived and for pre-order item, the shipment may take 1-4 weeks to arrived.
2.2 - Free shipping is applicable for order above RM 100 in a single transaction/receipt ( Not included shipping fee )
2.3- For those who expect immediate delivery of stock or who cannot accommodate the time line for delivery, The Apple tree advise you not to place your order to avoid any frustration.
2.4- The availability of item(s) can only be confirmed upon arrival. No cancellation is allowed unless the item(s) is/are out of stock, a full refund will be credited to your bank account or selection of another item(s). The difference in price shall either be topped-up by or refunded to customer.

3.1- All pre-order items are not refundable and/or not exchangeable.
3.2- Unless it's our mistake for sending wrong item to you, other reasons of return are not allowed for item exchange.

5.1 - Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
