嗨！我是熱愛美食的Faye Sim。

2005年我在台灣大學完成4年的大學學業後，就帶著一股衝勁回到馬來西亞，加入食品原料批發行業。

2009年，我成立自己的公司銷售食品原料，更義無反顧投入這個行業，如今已是第12個年頭，我還在這條道路上，繼續實踐我對美食的熱愛。

在從事食品原料銷售的這麼多年來，每當我向客戶展示美食烹調，我就會發現一般的家庭主婦或小商家，廚房裡都不會有專業廚師才有的電子秤、計量杯、搖酒壺等專業工具。

於是我希望透過這一系列短片，即使透过使用妳们厨房里简单的工具，也能简易的调制出各种美味美食、甜点和饮料。
