Job Scope:
• To effectively manage and control customers’ air and ocean freight logistics in and out of Malaysia for international clients.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with suppliers across the country for bookings, shipping windows for purchase orders, coordinate for new businesses and documentation.
• Follow standard operating procedures to manage day to day Air & Ocean operations and documentation.
• Coordinate with shippers, consignees, forwarding agents, warehouse, partner offices & agents across Asia Pacific and beyond to ensure smooth cargo flow.
• Plan and manage shipments in an efficient manner to be very cost effective.
• Input shipment data in system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Verify documents provided by the customers, shipping lines, warehouses etc.
• Create invoices and follow-up for payments with customers and overseas offices.
• Assist the management on routine tasks as well as future planning.

Requirements:
• Highly motivated, energetic and focused individual with great interpersonal skills
• 1-2 years’ experience in logistics & freight management preferred (not mandatory
• Graduate or Diploma holder.
• Willing to go extra mile to solve customer problems.
• Someone with super level responsibility and commitment.

● To effectively manage and control customers’ invoicing, payment collection, vendor & carrier payments, overall documentation and billing accuracy for the company’s local as well as international clients.

Responsibilities:
● Coordinate with suppliers across the country for freight invoices for international shipments.
● Create air and ocean freight jobs in the online system.
● Make freight and local charges invoices for local as well as international clients.
● Follow-up with local and international customers for receivables.
● Make timely payments to local and international vendors.
● Manage invoice exceptions in a timely manner with both customers as well as suppliers.
● Prepare management reports.
● Maintain filing and records.
● Verify documents provided by the customers, shipping lines, warehouses etc.
● Assist the management on routine tasks as well as future planning.

Requirements:

● 1-2 years’ experience in invoicing or similar work
