ch at Pinnacle Sri Petaling Mall in May 2022, followed by a 3rd branch at Pearl Point Shopping Mall on Old Klang Road, and a 4th branch at Bloomsvale Shopping Gallery on Jalan Puchong in year 2024. Founding and Vision:
Two passionate bakers, Mr. Teh and Yee, started Authentic Bakery in 2018. They all love baking and wanted to bring joy to people's lives with their creations. Their dream was to have a friendly place where customers could enjoy high-quality, healthy, handmade baked goods and create special moments with friends and family. In June 2023, we recognized the need for reform. To address this, we extended a warm invitation to Mr. Dicky Wong, leveraging his substantial experience in sales and marketing, to join us as a managing partner. We are confident that with his expertise will play a pivotal role in steering the company to new heights of success. Bakery Atmosphere and Design:
Our bakery has a cozy feel with a mix of old and modern elements. Warm wood, brick walls, and soft lighting make it welcoming. The smell of freshly baked pastries, bread, and cakes adds to the experience. The inside is decorated with displays of our delicious treats, showing the care that goes into each one. We have a wide menu of freshly baked goods made with love and the best ingredients. From croissants and various bread to cakes and cookies, we cater to different tastes. Our menu has both classic favorites and new creations, and we also offer options without preservatives for those with special dietary needs. We want everyone to enjoy our treats without sacrificing taste or quality. Community Engagement:
