🧠 Our brain remembers an insult for 20 years, but forgets a compliment in 30 days.
Why?

Because the brain is built to protect, not to make us happy. Pain feels like a threat, so it stays. Praise feels “safe,” so it fades.

That’s why we keep replaying one rude comment from years ago, but can’t recall the kind words from last week.

🌿 The good news is—we can train our brain to focus on light instead of darkness.
Peace doesn’t come from pain, but from choosing what heals us. Sometimes, positivity means not forcing a smile, but having the courage to face the dark—until it becomes part of the light. ✨

This month has been crazy busy 🌀 Finally got some time to share a little throwback to last month’s COLD PLUNGE event 🧊✨

So happy to meet so many new friends that day — and honestly, I think Cold Plunge is such an awesome idea for team building! 💪🏼

Even though most of us didn’t know each other, we instantly clicked after our sweaty Hot Bubble Butt workout 😅 Then came the real challenge — the Cold Plunge! ❄️

Not everyone can handle the shock of cold water, so it was really inspiring to see how differently people reacted. Some screamed to release the tension, some stayed calm and focused on breathing through the 3 minutes, while others couldn’t even get past dipping their feet in before retreating!

It was so heartwarming to see strangers becoming teammates — pushing through, encouraging, and even coming back for a second try! That kind of courage and “don’t give up” spirit is everything 🙌🏼

Big thanks to everyone who joined and to the amazing .my team for making this meaningful event happen 🩵
