Successful Completion of Re**er System Oil Separator Installation Onboard M.V. SSS

Samzol Powertech is proud to announce the successful completion of a critical project onboard the M.V. SSS. The project involved the replacement of two re**er system oil separators (Ref. No. 1 and No. 2) as part of a comprehensive maintenance initiative to enhance the vessel's refrigeration system efficiency.

Our experienced team was tasked with delivering a complete solution, including manpower, tools, equipment, and transportation, ensuring seamless ex*****on. The scope of work included:

Safely releasing refrigerant from the system.
Flushing the system thoroughly with nitrogen to remove impurities.
Installing brand-new oil separators with precise brazing for leak-proof integration.
Replacing the oil compressors with SL68
Installing new filter driers to improve system filtration.
Conducting a pressure test and leak check to ensure optimal system integrity.
Vacuuming the system and refilling it with refrigerant gas.
Completing the project with a comprehensive test run and commissioning to verify performance.
Despite the challenges of working onboard a vessel at anchorage, our team demonstrated exceptional coordination and professionalism. The project was completed on schedule and to the client’s satisfaction, ensuring the re**er system is now operating at peak performance.

Samzol Powertech’s team swiftly identified and resolved the fault with the OWS, ensuring smooth operation. Additionally, the team addressed a common wiring failure in the system, restoring full functionality. The job was completed with great efficiency, and the system is now back to optimal performance, ensuring minimal downtime for the client.

**Samzol Powertech Enhances A-Frame Design for AS Power’s Heavy Lifting Operations**

Samzol Powertech is proud to announce the successful modification of an A-frame for our valued client, AS Power. As the fabricator of this specialized equipment, we’ve worked closely with AS Power to improve its design, ensuring increased stability and flexibility for heavy lifting tasks.

The updated A-frame now features a reduced height for easier handling, while structural integrity has been reinforced with additional bracing and support plates. These enhancements prevent tipping and minimize lateral movement, ensuring the frame can safely support heavy loads during operations.

A key upgrade includes the installation of an adjustable bar system at the top of the A-frame. This system allows for the quick and secure installation and removal of 6-inch pipes, significantly improving operational efficiency.

Before the A-frame is put into use, rigorous safety checks and load-bearing tests will be conducted to guarantee its reliability. This modification demonstrates Samzol Powertech’s commitment to delivering high-quality, durable solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of AS Power.
