Yes! Definitely. The essential oils do not last forever. When you first open the bottle, you could follow the following guideline.

1) All Citrus Oils, lemongrass, frankincense, tea tree
1-2 years

2) Virtually every other essential oil
2-3 years

3) Most woody oils, vetiver, patchouli
4-8 years

Please stop using your oils if you are notice the following:
- change in colour
- change in scent
- thick / cloudy look
