UTAR Move On Charity Night 2015 Disclaimer

1. For any loss of ticket, participants will not be allowed into the event hall. Only participants holding a valid Move On Charity Night 2015 Ticket will be admitted into a performance or event.
2. The Organizer will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, or stolen.
3. Request for refund of Move On Charity Night 2015 will not be entertained and accepted.
4. For those who haven't redeem for their Move On 2015 Official T-shirt and Move On Charity Night 2015 ticket, please bring along your official receipt and the redemption of the pack will take place during the Move On Charity Night 2015 registration time. Any late-comer or absentee after 4th July 2015 (Saturday) 11.59 P.M. will not be entertained by The Organizer.
5. Move On 2015 Glow-In-The-Dark Wristband will be provided only when the ticket is presented to the Organizer. Participants without the wristband will not be allowed into the event hall; hence, Move On Charity Night 2015 participants must wear their wristbands at all times.
6. Loss of Move On 2015 Glow-In-The-Dark wristband will not be replaced.
7. Participants must be mindful of their own personal belongings; The Organizer will not be responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense, except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any act or omission on the part of The Organizer. Please ensure that no bags or other items of personal property are left unattended anywhere in the Venue.
8. For the artist album autograph session, only participants who have purchased the merchandise/ CD/ DVD/ album may see the respective artists of said merchandise/ CD/ DVD/ album.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising.
10. Participants must conduct themselves appropriately in the presence of the VIPs/ guest performers/ artists. Move On Charity Night 2015 ticket holders must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and Venue regulations whilst attending the performance or event. For health and safety reasons, the Organizer reserves the right to restrict access to parts of the Venue.
11. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances including, without limitation, for health and safety, license restrictions or where a ticket is void.
12. The Organizer reserves the rights to amend, or change the rules and regulations to ensure the safety of the participants without giving prior notice or any reason thereof.
