Great and happy things need to be shared. This time I would like to share how aulora pants help me slim down postnatal.

Gave birth by caesarean and after around 15 days started to wear aulora pants, everyday 24 hours wearing excluded shower time 🙂

No diet as I am still breastfeeding and eat like normal, carbohydrates foods like rice, bread I eat a lot !
No exercise as I am always busy taking care daughters.

After 3 months, the size of my tummy and waist had reduced significantly.
Postnatal period, i experience numbness and pain on my legs, after wearing aulora pants, numbness and pain gone and I have been wearing it until now.

During pregnancy and postnatal :
I have been consuming -

After delivery, it is safe to wear aulora pants and in fact some gynae will recommend wearing compression pants after c- section for better wound recovery.
