1. Public Holidays was non-refundable and no replacement

3. Absent was non-refundable, replacement only on available days.

4. Fees latest pay by 10th of the month. Fees paid are not refundable

5. Deposit is deductable for last month fee upon termination, prior to one month advance notice.
