First we will prepare some diferent salsas that you can enjoy with different chips ( plantain, potato, sweet potato, tortilla chips)
then we can start with the first course that can go from a tortilla soup, ceviche, some gorditas, tacos
Main course depending on your preferences it can go from a Sarandeado fish, to some mole or enchiladas and last but not least the dessert, could be some mexican icecream, some of our delicious cakes like the corn cake with rompope (liquour created by the nuns) and cajeta ( or as they call it in some other places leche quemada) or why not some flan
