Last week, we had the pleasure of supporting Friends of AIDS Support Trust (FAST) in Nsanje with a high-impact training on Resource Mobilization. Over two dynamic days, we covered:
🔹 Donor identification & engagement
🔹 Strategic approaches to fundraising
🔹 Basics of project proposal development

The FAST team brought incredible energy and commitment , a true pleasure to work with!

Next up? We're crafting a tailored Resource Mobilization Strategy that will guide FAST in securing funding and building sustainable programs for years to come.

🚀 Another Busy & Impactful Week for Bridge Action!

This past weekend, our team was in Salima supporting our valued partner, Umunthu Plus, with a 2-day Resource Mobilization Training. From Friday to Saturday, it was all hands on deck as we worked together to unpack the full resource mobilization process and begin developing strong, winning proposals. 💼

Following last year’s successful collaboration on strategic plan development, we’re honored that Umunthu Plus trusted us once again to walk this next step of their journey.

One participant shared:
“The facilitation was not only interactive and fun, but also eye-opening. We now feel more confident to develop proposals that truly reflect our mission and goals.”
