We have advised you to follow up with your respective medical insurance providers for the inconvenience caused to yourselves due to non payment by your provider .

We assure you of our best services always and will resume treatment for your scheme as soon as your provider brings payments uptodate
The same way they expect you pay on time for your continued membership.
