Our stress management training at Maldives Inland Revenue Authority provided employees with practical tools to enhance mental well-being, improve productivity, and create a more supportive work environment. By addressing workplace stressors and promoting effective coping strategies, participants engaged in interactive activities, and personalized action planning to build long-term resilience.
Through collaboration and shared learning, our teams strengthened their problem-solving skills and teamwork, contributing to a healthier, happier, and more productive workplace.
