High frequency DC Capacitors usually blow up after their core dries out. These Capacitors are used in 3 phase drives like motor circuits.
To extend life of inverters and other equipment that uses DC power, make sure to connect ground wire properly.

This is an example of what to never do to your Airconditioner Outdoor unit.
This unit overheated due to blockage added by customer to prevent water droplets. This caused the unit overheat to the point it blew the 25Amp fuse on the outdoor inverter PCB which burnt a hole on the PCB.
We installed a new inverter board, new ambient sensor and unit is back up and running.
This was an unnecessary cost. This reminds us to never carry out AC related works if you are not qualified professional.
