Ginger & Fox - baking the difference

Some good unexpected things happened lately which kept me away from baking and selling my goodies in Malta. I moved to Ireland, temporarily, to pursue my studies. Regretfully, I won’t be able to offer my service in Malta, for the time being. I’m still baking for my family, mostly Maltese treats, to ease the occasional homesickness, such as this Maltese bread pudding which made the house instantly smell of mum's kitchen 🙂🥰.
