💛 February = Month of Kindness 💛
February is often known as the month of Valentine’s Day, but what if we take it a step further?
This February, Kids In Malta invites our community to turn the whole month into a Month of Kindness for our neighbours, friends, families, and even strangers.
Kindness doesn’t have to be big. Small, thoughtful actions can make someone’s day brighter ✨
Here are a few simple ideas you can try with your children:
Leave a small kind note on a neighbour’s door
Write a thank-you note for a teacher, cleaner, delivery driver, or shop owner
Leave a positive message on a bench, playground, or bus stop
Share a smile and a “good morning” with someone you pass every day
Bake something small and share it with a neighbour
Let someone go first: in line, in traffic, or on the playground
Call or message a family member just to say “I’m thinking of you”
Help at home without being asked
Donate a toy, book, or clothes to someone in need
Draw a picture or write a card and leave it somewhere for someone to find 💌
Let’s show our children that love is not only about one day: it’s about how we treat others every day.
If you take part, we’d love to see it. Share your acts of kindness and tag Kids In Malta so we can spread the love together 💛
Because kindness is contagious let’s start the ripple.

The Malta Foundation for the Wellbeing of Society is informing us that they have welcomed the first group of community police officers for training as part of their POP-Up project. This two-day accredited programme focuses on child-centred policing and online safety, helping officers build trust with children, recognise online risks, and respond effectively to online harm. In total, around 140 officers will be trained to help create safer communities for children both offline and online. 🔐👮♂️👮♀️
