(English Below) မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတစ်ဝန်းရှိ အမျိုးသမီးများသည် ပဋိပက္ခများ၊ နေရပ်စွန့်ခွာရမှုများနှင့် အခြေခံဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ ပြိုလဲနေသည့် အခြေအနေများကြားတွင် မိသားစုများနှင့် လူမှုအသိုက်အဝန်းများ ပြိုကွဲမသွားစေရန် ဆက်လက်ထိန်းကျောင်းပေးနေကြသူများ ဖြစ်သည်။ ကျန်းမာရေးစနစ်များ ပျက်ယွင်းလာသောအခါ အမျိုးသမီးများသည် မည်သည့်ပံ့ပိုးကူညီမှုမျှမရှိဘဲ ပြုစုစောင့်ရှောက်သူများ ဖြစ်လာကြရသည်။ စာသင်ကျောင်းများ ပိတ်ထားရချိန်တွင် မိန်းကလေးငယ်များသည် ပညာသင်ကြားခွင့်ကို ဦးစွာဆုံးရှုံးရသူများ ဖြစ်လေ့ရှိသည်။ စားနပ်ရိက္ခာ ရှားပါးလာသောအခါတွင်လည်း အခြားသူများအတွက် အမျိုးသမီးများသည် ၎င်းတို့၏ဝေစုကို လျှော့ချစားသောက်ကြရသည်။ အမျိုးသမီးများသည် အလွန်အမင်း ခက်ခဲကျပ်တည်းသည့် ဖိအားများအောက်တွင် လူမှုအသိုက်အဝန်းများကို ရပ်တည်နိုင်အောင် ပံ့ပိုးပေးနေကြပြီး နေ့စဉ်နှင့်အမျှ သတ္တိနှင့် ကြံ့ကြံ့ခံနိုင်စွမ်းကို ပြသနေကြသည်။
သို့သော် ကြံ့ကြံ့ခံနိုင်ရည်ရှိရုံမျှဖြင့် တရားမျှတမှု မရှိနိုင်ပါ။ အမျိုးသမီးအခွင့်အရေးသည် လူတိုင်းနှင့်ဆိုင်သော အခွင့်အရေးဖြစ်ပြီး အကျပ်အတည်းကာလများအပါအဝင် အချိန်တိုင်းတွင် လေးစားလိုက်နာရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ အမျိုးသမီးများနှင့် မိန်းကလေးငယ်များကို အကြမ်းဖက်မှုများမှ ကာကွယ်ပေးရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ အနာဂတ်ကို ပုံဖော်မည့် ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်များတွင် ပါဝင်ခွင့်ပေးရမည်ဖြစ်သည့်အပြင် လူမှုအသိုက်အဝန်းနှင့် ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များတွင်လည်း ၎င်းတို့၏ ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုကို ပံ့ပိုးပေးရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
ယခုနှစ် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ အမျိုးသမီးများနေ့တွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ အမျိုးသမီးများနှင့် မိန်းကလေးငယ်များ၏ သတ္တိနှင့် ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုတို့ကို အသိအမှတ်ပြုကာ ၎င်းတို့အတွက် လိုအပ်သော အကာအကွယ်ပေးမှုများ၊ အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရှိသော ပါဝင်ခွင့်များနှင့် ရေရှည်တည်တံ့သော ပံ့ပိုးကူညီမှုများကို ဖော်ဆောင်ပေးကြရန် တိုက်တွန်းနှိုးဆော်အပ်ပါသည်။

Women across Myanmar continue to hold families and communities together in the face of conflict, displacement and collapsing essential services. When health systems fail, women become caregivers without support. When schools close, girls are often the first to lose out. When food grows scarce, women reduce their own portions so others can eat. Women are sustaining communities under extraordinary strain - demonstrating courage and resilience every day.
But resilience alone is not justice. Women’s rights are universal and must be upheld at all times, including in crisis. Women and girls must be protected from violence, included in decisions that shape Myanmar’s future, and supported in their leadership within communities and peace processes.
On this International Women’s Day, the courage and leadership of Myanmar’s women and girls must be matched with protection, meaningful inclusion and sustained support.
