Quantity Surveyor (Civil)
- Must be B.E or B.Tech (Civil) degree holder
- At least 3-year experience in construction related field
- Good knowledge of Auto CAD software and Microsoft Office software
- Computer literacy
- Proficiency with Email
- Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation
- Preparation of bill of quantities
- Evaluates quotation and liaises with supplier and sub-contractors to carry out negotiations of prices

Quantity Surveyor (M&E)
- Must be B.E or B.Tech degree holder
- At least 3-year experience in construction related field
- Good knowledge of Auto CAD software and Microsoft Office software
- Computer literacy
- Proficiency with Email
- Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation
- Preparation of bill of quantities
- Evaluates quotation and liaises with supplier and sub-contractors to carry out negotiations of prices

Quality Controller
- Must be M.E or B.E (Civil) degree holder
- At least 5-year experience in construction related field
- Must have strong knowledge of Quality Control
- Good communication skill
