Regional Sales Supervisor (Male-1)

💡 Key Responsibilities

• မိမိတာဝန်ယူရသော နယ်မြေအလိုက် အရောင်း Target များ နှင့် KPI များ ပြည့်မီအောင် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း။
• အရောင်းကိုယ်စားလှယ် (Sales Representatives) များကို ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်းနှင့် လမ်းညွှန်မှုပေးခြင်း။
• ဈေးကွက်အတွင်း Product အသစ်များ နေရာအနှံ့ရောက်ရှိစေရန်နှင့် ဆိုင်သစ်များ ရှာဖွေခြင်း။
• Daily/Weekly အရောင်း Report များ စနစ်တကျ ပြုစုတင်ပြခြင်း။
• ပြိုင်ဘက် Brand များ၏ အခြေအနေနှင့် ဈေးကွက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုများကို စောင့်ကြည့်ဆန်းစစ်ခြင်း။

📋 Job Requirements

• မည်သည့်ဘွဲ့ရမဆို လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။
• FMCG (အထူးသဖြင့် Tissue/Household products) နယ်ပယ်တွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၂) နှစ် ရှိရမည်။
• အသက် (၂၅) နှစ်မှ (၃၅) နှစ် အတွင်း။
• အသင်းအဖွဲ့ကို ဦးဆောင်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိပြီး Communication ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။ Microsoft office အခြေခံ ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
• ယဉ်မောင်းလိုင်စင် ရှိရမည်။
• သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Region အတွင်း ခရီးသွားလာနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

Sales Admin Assistant – ( Female -1)
Job Descriptions
• Support the Sales Channel/Brand Manager with data and statistics and other projects
• Support the Sales Department with customer administration
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Assist with the follow up of invoices and management of receipt of payments from distributor
• Liaise with the Logistics to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Perform other related duties and required of the Sales Department
• Follow instructions from and report to the Sales Channel/Brand Manager

Job Requirements
• Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales support
• Bachelor’s degree or certifications in Sales or other relevant fields
• Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Ability to coordinate and work in teams

Sales Representative (Male - 5)
Job Description
• နေ့စဉ် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Retail (လက်လီဆိုင်) လမ်းကြောင်းများအတိုင်း တိကျစွာ သွားလာရမည်။
• ဆိုင်ရှင်များနှင့် ရင်းနှီးသော ဆက်ဆံရေးတည်ဆောက်ပြီး အော်ဒါများကို အချိန်မှီ ရယူ/တင်သွင်းရမည်။
• သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Monthly Sales Target ပြည့်မီအောင် ကြိုးစားရောင်းချရမည်။
• ဝယ်သူ၏ တိုင်ကြားချက်များကို စိတ်ရှည်စွာ ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ရမည်။
• သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Sales Supervisor ထံသို့ နေ့စဉ် အရောင်းအစီရင်ခံစာ (Report) များ အချိန်မှီ တင်ပြရမည်။
Job Requirements

• ရိုးသားကြိုးစားပြီး သွက်လက်တက်ကြွစွာ သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• စကားပြောပြေပြစ်ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေး ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• သက်ဆိုင်ရာမြို့အတွင်း ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ သွားလာနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
