Sheet Pile

Sheet pile သည် မြေသားပြုပြင်ရေးနှင့် တူးဖော်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းများအားအထောက်အကူပြုရန် အနားစွန်းများ တစ်ခုနှင့်တစ်ခု လက်ယှက်ထိုးသဏ္ဍာန်ကဲ့သို့ ချိတ်ဆက်ထားသော Sheet အပြားများဖြစ်သည်။ Sheet ပြားအများစုကို သံမဏိနှင့်ပြုလုပ်ပြီး သစ်သား သို့မဟုတ် သံခြင်းပါ၀င်သော ကွန်ကရစ်ဖြင့်လည်း ပြုလုပ်ကြသည်။

Sheet pile ကို မြေအောက်ခန်း၊ pump house နှင့်အခြေခံအုတ်မြစ်၊ Cofferdam တည်ဆောက်ခြင်း၊ Seawall and bulkhead များတည်ဆောက်ခြင်းများတွင် အသုံးပြုလေ့ရှိသည်။

မြို့ပြဒေသတွင် မြေသားထုပြုပြင်ခြင်းများအတွက် အနီးအနားရှိ အဆောက်အဦးများ ကွဲအက်ပြိုကျခြင်းမဖြစ်စေရန် အသုံးပြု၍ရသည်။ ဥပမာ press pile မပြုလုပ်မီ sheet pile ဖြင့်မြေသားနံရံအား ထိန်းထားနိုင်သည်။

Sheet Pile

Sheet piles are sections of sheet materials with interlocking edges that are driven into the ground to provide earth retention and excavation support. Sheet piles are most commonly made of steel, but can also be formed of timber or reinforced concrete.

Sheet pile walls have been used to support excavations for basements, pump houses, and foundations, to construct cofferdams, and to construct seawalls and bulkheads.

In urban areas, it can be used for earthworks to prevent nearby buildings from collapsing. For example, a sheet pile can be used to support an earthen wall before making a press pile.

Advantages to Sheet Piles:

1. Sheet piles are recyclable and reusable.
2 Piles can come in a wide range of lengths,
size, and steel options.
3. They can be used for temporary and
permanent structures.
4. They can be installed using silent and
vibration-free methods.
5. The work is neat, clean, and creates no spoil
arisings. The supervision of work on-site can
be reduced, and minimal storage space is
required.
6. Sheet piling is a more cost effective and
quicker installation.
7. They have a long life above and below water.

Drilling Mud တွင် အဓိကအားဖြင့်အောက်ပါဂုဏ်သတ္တိသုံးမျိုးရှိပါသည်။

Drilling Mud ၏ စေးပျစ်မှုနှုန်း (Viscosity) သည် တွင်းတူးရာနေရာ၏ မြေသားဖွဲ့စည်းမှုအပေါ်မူတည်၍ ဖျော်စပ်ပေးရပါတယ်။

Mini Bored Pile လုပ်ငန်း၏ Drilling Mud ဖျော်စပ်ရာတွင် အဓိကအားဖြင့် Bentonite ကိုအသုံးပြုကြပြီး နွားချေး‌ေခြာက်၊ ဘိလပ်မြေအမှုန့်နှင့် ဆီတစ်မျိုးမျိုးတို့ဖြင့် လဲအသုံးပြုကြသည်။

Bentonite အများအပြားအသုံးပြုထားသော တွင်းအား သံခြင်းချပြီးနောက် နည်းစနစ်ကျနစွာကွန်ကရစ်လောင်းခြင်းအားဖြင့် S.I.T မအောင်ခြင်း (တိုင်ကျိုးခြင်း) ကိုတားဆီးနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။

Hello everyone!

Here's a brief overview of a type of drilling fluid (Mud) used in drilling, which is essential for drilling wells.

Drilling Mud has the following three main properties:

1. It cools the drill bit and makes drilling
smooth.
2. The fragments from the pit is transported to
the collection tank.
3. It also prevents well collapse while drilling.

The viscosity of the drilling mud varies depending on the soil composition at the drilling site.

Bentonite is used primarily in the Drilling Mud of the Mini Bored Pile industry. It is also used with cow dung, cement powder and oil.

Systematic concrete pouring after drilling of wells using large amounts of bentonite can prevent S.I.T failure (column breakage).
