Topic: Introduction to Food Safety and Quality for SMEs

🔶Dr. Khin Thanda Oo will discuss the critical importance of food safety for small farms and businesses, the link between farm practices and market access, and practical tips to improve hygiene while reducing contamination.

🔶She holds a PhD in Horticulture from the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB). Founder & CEO of EcoCycle Bio Social Enterprise, focusing on sustainable agriculture and the circular economy. She also serves as a Technical Advisor for Golden Plain Livelihood Development Services Cooperative, developing training curricula for farmers.

👩‍💻 Phyu Pwint Htun

Topic: Practical Tools for Implementing Traceability in Agri-Food SMEs

🔶Phyu Pwint Htun will share insights on the specific tools and technologies SMEs can use to implement effective traceability systems.

🔶She holds an MSc in International Technology and Innovation Management from Khon Kaen University, Thailand. An expert in Food Science, specializing in food quality, safety, and product development. She is currently conducting scientific research on "Longevity Foods" and their practical applications.

Topic: Practical Farm Records & Value Chain Awareness

🔶Ms. Yati Khin will explain why farm records are the backbone of business growth and how farm operations link directly to supply chain transparency.

🔶A graduate in Agricultural Economics from Yezin Agricultural University, she also holds a Diploma in Digital Marketing.

As a Digital Marketing Executive in the agricultural sector, she specializes in survey research and data management. She bridges the gap between technology and agribusiness to help farms become more systematic and transparent.
