Job Title: Property Management Specialist

Qualifications & Skills:
1) Associate degree or higher, preference for majors in property management, engineering management, administrative management, or related fields.
2) Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field, with a solid understanding of property management operational models.
3) Proficient in MS Office software, familiar with fundamental property management processes and service standards.
4) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with tenants and internal teams.
5) A good team player, capable of efficiently executing assigned tasks and proactively collaborating with others to achieve objectives.
6) Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and possesses strong document management and information integration skills.
7) Can speak in Chinese or HSK 4 and above is preferred.
