🏫 As part of the study visit organised within the AVETE – Alliance for VET Excellence: Advancing ErasmusPro Mobilities project together with Harghita County Council (Hargita Megye Tanácsa), tutors and VET educators gathered in Miercurea Ciuc for a programme of institutional exchange and professional dialogue.
🤝 The agenda included a series of institutional and work visits, offering participants the opportunity to explore regional initiatives and vocational education practices. Among the programme highlights were visits to the St. Elizabeth Roman Catholic Theological High School, the Gyimesi Skanzen, and the Garden Proiect kft, RIBON Nature Shop , providing valuable insight into local educational environments and community initiatives.
🚁 The programme also featured a workshop on drones in VET, creating space for discussion on innovative approaches and emerging technologies that can support vocational education and skills development.
🎯 Through these exchanges, partners and educators strengthened cooperation and shared perspectives on enhancing mobility opportunities and reinforcing collaboration between education and the labour market within VET systems.
🙏 We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Harghita County Council for hosting the visit and for their kind support throughout the programme, as well as to all partners for their active participation and valuable contributions.

As we are getting ready for our study visit in Romania, we are sharing the aftermovie from our last trip across Hungary and Slovakia.
During our visit, we went to schools and training centers to see how dual education works in real life. We saw how companies and schools work together and how students gain practical experience for their future jobs.
It was amazing to see this strong cooperation and the life-changing opportunities it creates for students.
🙏 Thank you to Startup Szeged, Edunet Europe, Heves Vármegyei Szakképzési Centrum, and Heves Vármegyei Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara for hosting us and making this study visit possible.
ℹ️ The EASI project, which received funding from the European Union, helps in-company tutors improve how they assess international students during work-based learning placements. By creating practical solutions and promoting inclusive evaluation practices, it supports the development of more sustainable and future-ready vocational education systems across Europe.

From the very first moments, the project was full of connection, openness, and meaningful exchange. Through energisers, buddy walks, and interactive exercises, participants built strong bonds while exploring topics such as community building, social classes, youth participation, and the role of community organizers.
Creative methods like problem and solution trees, World Café discussions, simulations, and cultural activities turned complex topics into shared understanding. From reflections inspired by Freedom Writers to playful yet powerful moments where pasta divided us and culture united us, the project showed how learning can be deep, human, and joyful at the same time. Tired minds, full hearts, and a community that will last beyond the project. 💛✨
