CAPSA Group finalised the evaluation of the CREATIVO project implemented by CEDA and funded by LED and SDC. Many thanks to the implementing team for the close collaboration during this process, as well as for the opportunity to reconnect with VET students, teachers and management who are the target beneficiaries of the project. Listening to the student's stories, understanding their challenges and hearing out their plans for the future was a 'kind reminder' of how critical is education for the overall country development. Likewise, it was revelatory to find that a decade of continuous reforms championed by the Ministry of Education and Research finally bear fruit: lack of skills is no longer a binding constraint for development, but preventing youth emigration is. Going forward the focus of policy-makers should be youth employability at home.

European Bank commissioned CAPSA Group to support the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization in drafting its National Programme for Investment Attraction and Export Promotion for 2024-2029. Our team of experts has already started with an express evaluation of the previous country strategy and is set to explore together with the beneficiary innovative approaches to make FDI attraction and export promotion more effective.
