Kristīne Somere has been practicing and teaching budism, meditation, and yoga for over 15 years. A fitness trainer, and the RSU "Health Sport specialist" programme alumni. She will help us stay active and focused during the event!
Latvia, thank you for providing a safe home feeling for almost 2 million people! While we appreciate the sacrifice made in the previous generations, today we wish freedom in mind and faith in our hearts.

On early Saturday morning, all of the LVMUN team came together to learn more about the technical and academic aspects of successfuly organising MUN as well as meet Gulzar Ahmed who is highly motivated, enthusiastic and friendly individual from Sri Lanka. Gulzar Ahmed has more than 10 years of experience in the MUN field as he is the founder of The International Model United Nation and advisor in the field of MUN. Therefore, considering all of the background, our team really thought that he would be a valuable contribution in our path of organizing LVMUN.
And we were true! The workshop was full with positive energy, however, the most exciting part was a very insghtful description of organizational part of MUNs. We want to say a big and friendly THANK YOU to Gulzar Ahmed for having us!
