HAWAIIAN FRIENDS: Call your parents aunty & uncle or mom & dad

FRIENDS: Have never seen you cry.
HAWAIIAN FRIENDS: Cry with you or make you cry

FRIENDS: Will listen and tell you what you want to hear.
HAWAIIAN FRIENDS: Will tell you da truth whether you like it o' not AND call you stupid wen you no listen

FRIENDS: Will eat at your dinner table and leave.
HAWAIIAN FRIENDS: Will spend HOURS talking story, laughing, and just being together....THEN help clean-up when all pau!

FRIENDS: Know a few things about you.
HAWAIIAN FRIENDS: Can tell you stories fo' days....with direct quotes.

FRIENDS: Will leave you behind if that's what the crowd is doing.
HAWAIIAN FRIENDS: Will kick EVERYBODY'S okoles that left you.

FRIENDS: Would call first then knock on your door.
HAWAIIAN FRIENDS: No need call, they jus stop by and walk right in and say...... Eh Howzit! Like drink?!!

FRIENDS: Get mad when you no stay in contact
HAWAIIAN FRIENDS: Years can go by and we pick up right where we left off like was yesterday
