Hello,

I want to confess something. I made some mistakes in the past and didn't fulfill my commitments to three people. I deeply regret my actions, and I've blocked them out of shame. I’m a cheater.

The “Thrive with Adventure” Story

I've been lucky enough to combine decades of global adventure, professional service, academic accomplishment, and working with cool people. As icing on the cake, even at 74 I have more energy and drive than most 34-year-olds!

To connect all this good fortune, I’m starting an online training service. It shows how to thrive by treating life as an adventure, NOT an obstacle course (but you already guessed that). How? With my unique “Storyline” system. It helps anyone script the adventure of their own future.

What’s the Story?
Our work-worlds are full of storm and stress. I’m an entrepreneur, so it just makes sense to pass on all I've learned to people entering a new job or career.

I earned a world-class Ph.D. in the psychology of how we communicate, lead, and collaborate. I was first to explain the mysterious inner voices we all experience. And did you know this is our greatest resource? Take a second now, for example, to hear your mind discussing what you just read!

Over the past year, I developed the brand-new “Thrive with Adventure” system. It’s based on my research and experience as a teacher, trainer, and consultant. I can help anyone be centered, resourceful, and effective, while making the most of every minute of the day.

My passion is to make your success into my success— because, like you, I'm damned ambitious! I know we can have a blast while doing well.

Sure, you’re bombarded by invitations from online “gurus”. Since I’ve studied with actual gurus in India and Sri Lanka, I’d describe myself as a mentor, because that's how I love helping people.
