Have a client to send a ‘please call me’ message(free to cellphone users provided by network providers) to the I-TAG number that is displayed on an advertisement
2. Once the system receives the ‘please call me’ message, it then sends a pre-defined non-standard(beyond 160 characters) text message to the client. The text message can include any additional information an Account Holder wants to relay
