Mr. Selematsela Neo is a Cybersecurity Lead at Vodacom and Co-founder of Tethics Inc., with extensive experience across multiple technology domains including:

Throughout his journey at Vodacom, he has contributed to cutting-edge technology projects shaping the future of connectivity and digital security.

Academically, he holds two Master of Science degrees — one in Telecommunications and another in Distributed Systems.

He is currently pursuing a PhD focused on mathematical frameworks for predictive performance analysis of energy-efficient intelligent edge wireless communication systems.

His research work has been published in globally recognized conferences including IEEE and SATNAC, and in collaboration with Vodafone, he has also filed a patent in the NB-IoT wireless networks field.

Buchi is a Machine Learning Engineer, Google Developer Expert (GDE), and founder of Aricah. She is also a Women Techmakers Ambassador and researcher, with over 34 published articles across Dev.to, Hashnode, Medium, and Tealfeed, alongside research featured on Google Scholar.
