1. *Experience*: Knowledge of borehole drilling methods - rotary, DTH, mud drilling + practical experience
2. *Site Skills*: Able to identify suitable drilling locations
3. *Technical*: Can operate + maintain drilling rigs safely
4. *Knowledge*: Basic geology + borehole construction understanding
5. *Problem Solving*: Identify and fix common drilling problems
6. *Admin*: Keep accurate drilling logs and reports
7. *Soft Skills*: Good communication + teamwork
8. *License*: EC Driver’s License required
9. *Attitude*: Can work under pressure + in remote locations
