We’re proud to announce the successful completion of the Renovation of Manager Quarters (Apartments #21 & #22) at Roberts International Airport.

From surface preparation to final finishing, our team delivered high-quality interior painting and detailing works in line with approved standards, ensuring smooth, flawless walls, consistent color application, and durable finishes throughout.

Every stage of the project was executed with precision, professionalism, and strict quality control, resulting in a clean and defect-free final output.

We continue to make steady progress on ongoing construction works, at the St. Joseph's Catholic Hospital, with major focus on reinforced concrete substructure development.

Foundation activities are advancing well, including the continued casting of strip and isolated footings, alongside the commencement of grade beam formation to strengthen structural integrity and ensure proper load distribution across the building.

A key milestone achieved during this phase is the successful installation and casting of twenty-three (23) column base dowels, all carefully aligned and embedded in accordance with structural specifications. At the same time, interior trench excavation has begun, paving the way for internal footing and grade beam connections.

Current Status:
Substructure works are now transitioning from excavation to the reinforced concrete footing and grade beam stages, a critical step toward bringing the structure above ground.

We are proud to be leading the rehabilitation of the Chain Link Fence (Belt 04-022) at Roberts International Airport, strengthening safety, security, and infrastructure at one of Liberia’s most vital gateways.

The project includes the removal and replacement of damaged chain link fence components, along with the installation of new fencing across designated sections.

Progress Highlights:
•Systematic removal of damaged fence wire is actively underway

•New chain link fence installation has commenced at Belt 04

•225 linear feet completed out of a total 1,200 feet, marking steady and measurable progress

Gradually getting to the completion!

Our work on the St. Joseph Catholic Hospital, Monrovia’s additional annex for the Pediatrics Ward and Outpatient Department is progressing to a smooth completion, as the upper floor wall tiles and door frames installation are now completed; 60X60 PVC ceiling tiles fixed, and completion of hand-wash stations with sinks installation also completed.

Also, ground floor tiles and 60X60 PVC ceiling works are done, while exterior painting works are ongoing, giving the building a fresh new look!
