About 210 days ago (30weeks), we quietly ended the Presidential and General election’s hereby witnessing huge spoiled bullets; voter’s intentions and democratic rights to vote candidates of their choice were captured as “Invalid votes”.
Interestingly, there are three(3) thematic layers of invalid votes which many of you might not have noticed. To be precise, the NEC tabulated (114,639) invalid votes for the Presidential candidates (generally), notwithstanding (128,691) invalid votes were counted for Senatorial candidates and (113,962) invalid votes counted for the Representative category, which accounted for (357,292) invalid votes in October 2023 elections.
Unfortunately, a massive population of registered citizens (2,471,617) who went to exercised their civil and political rights as guranteered in the Liberian constitution, voted but their decisions and choices made were recorded “ invalid”!
These voters included aged citizens, pregnant women and lactating women, physically challenged individuals amongst others. Also, the young generation called” First Time Voters” many of whom are potentially vulnerable to making errors in voting process.
Considering the obligation of national institutions with the duty to educate, and to create proper awareness coupled with the constraints faced by these institutions have led to continuous increase of “Invalid Votes” dating back as far as 2005 elections.
In views of the aforementioned, we have assembled research, tech and development experts to prune this continuous increase and achieve a zero invalid vote in future elections. This instrument is being develop by (Research, Development and Tech Experts) to ensure the eligible voters will enjoy and exercise the democratic rights; provide easy and surest accountability of voter’s intention going forward.
I: Expected Outcomes:
1: Ensuring maximum use of the National Registry Platform with support from tech companies in and across Liberia will enable the end of huge invalid votes during elections;
2: Minimize or Eliminate “Invalid Vote” in 2029 General and Presidential elections via Tech apparatuses;
3: Citizen’s intention of vote cast counted, and decision of people voted reflected in elections results;
4: Promote and Enhanced tech knowledge, information and democratic participation in elections;
II: Implementations Module:
1: Collaborate and design one of the smartest CCCs systems and user-friendly tech strategies to afford easy voting and recording of votes, especially in rural communities;
2: Use existing telecommunication companies’ facilitates across the fifteen (15th) counties to expand on new coverage areas and geotechnical landscapes.

We've been ushered into 2024 with great aspirations and hope but at this moment, a brilliant and humble young man have been snatched from our data analytics room and never again to be.
News of the passing of Sylvester Wesseh has left me in shock and disbelief. He was like a brother, and he won my admiration and respect over our years of crushing numbers for reforms in Liberia.
His progressive disposition propelled his life achievements in ways that had me very proud. His sudden and untimely death have now impelled reflections of life's uncertainties. In your short life journey your imprints have left on the sands of time buddy.
Sylvester, I’m consoled in the knowledge that there are other comrades who are touched and continue to remember your amazing influence and the shared greatness you had with us throughout your short stay. Your smile, humility and motivational ways of life inspired everyone around you. You stood very submissive in your friendship and problem solving also at your work places. Without exceptions, you supported everyone struggle throughout your days on earth.
Mr. Wesseh, you’ll continue to be an inspiration for your colleagues even in your tomb, and you will live on in our memory and thoughts.
Hope that these words comfort you wherever you’re. We will always remember your warmhearted and sociable smile, especially throughout our weekend’s commemorations at our regular spots.
Folks, after the tears have dried and the goodbyes have been said, all we have to hold onto are the happy memories that we’ve shared with our loved ones who have passed. I certainly believe the memories of joy and togetherness will keep Wade alive in our hearts and in our minds, and he will certainly live on.
Comrade, in 2 weeks, tears and attractive flowers will be at your grave and your sad gentle eyes will be just a memory. It is indeed painful to have lost you so early comrade. I pray that God’s forgiveness and eternal rest come upon you.
A comrade of QUAN and QUAN stats, you’re not dead until you’re forgotten.
Dr. Mewaseh Y Weh Wesseh, my deepest condolences to you and the kids🙏
